How to Use Arrowroot Powder:
Thickening: Dissolve the arrowroot powder in a small amount of cold liquid before adding it to a hot dish to prevent clumping. It thickens at lower temperatures than cornstarch and should not be boiled for extended periods.

Baking: You can replace up to 1/4 cup of flour with arrowroot powder in your recipes, or use it in combination with other gluten-free flours like rice flour or tapioca starch.
