Lakshadi Guggul is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation known for its powerful effects on bone health, fractures, and joint pain. It is mainly used for treating osteoporosis (Asthisousheerya), bone fractures (Asthibhagna), and post-fracture recovery by enhancing calcium absorption and strengthening bones.

Indications & Uses:
✔️ Asthisousheerya (Osteoporosis) – Strengthens bones & prevents fractures.
✔️ Asthibhagna (Fractures/Broken Bones) – Enhances bone healing & regeneration.
✔️ Asthisousheeryajanya Sandhishoola (Joint Pain due to Bone Weakness) – Relieves pain & stiffness.
✔️ Asthibhagnottar Sandhishoola (Post-Fracture Joint Pain) – Helps in post-recovery rehabilitation.

Dosage & Anupan (Adjuvant):
1–2 tablets, twice or thrice daily after meals or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

Milk or Warm Water – Enhances calcium absorption & bone healing.

Ashwagandha or Hadjod (Cissus quadrangularis) – Strengthens bones & ligaments.

Dashmool Kwath – Reduces pain & inflammation in joints.
