Saptavimshatika Guggulu is a classical Ayurvedic polyherbal formulation known for its effectiveness in treating hemorrhoids (Arsha), anal fistula (Bhagandar), sinus tracts (Nadivrana), and elephantiasis (Shlipada). It works by reducing inflammation, promoting wound healing, and detoxifying the blood.

Indications & Uses:
✔️ Arsha (Hemorrhoids/Piles) – Provides relief from pain, itching, and bleeding in hemorrhoids.
✔️ Bhagandar (Anal Fistula) – Treats pus-filled anal abscesses & fistula with recurrent infections.
✔️ Nadivrana (Sinus Tracts & Chronic Ulcers) – Helps in healing deep-seated infections & chronic wounds.
✔️ Shlipada (Elephantiasis & Lymphatic Swelling) – Reduces swelling, improves lymphatic flow, and prevents infections.

Dosage & Anupan (Adjuvant):
1–2 tablets (or 250–500 mg), twice or thrice daily after meals or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
Best taken with:

Buttermilk – For hemorrhoids and anal fistula.

Triphala Churna with warm water – For detoxification and wound healing.

Haritaki Churna – Helps in improving digestion and preventing constipation.
