Ingredients:
Ela (Cardamom) – Soothes the throat and aids digestion
Dalchini (Cinnamon) – Has antimicrobial properties and supports lung function
Tejpatra (Bay Leaf) – Acts as an expectorant and relieves congestion
Nagkesar (Mesua ferrea) – Provides relief in respiratory discomfort
Pippali (Long Pepper) – Enhances lung function and reduces mucus buildup
Mishri (Sugar Candy) – Soothes the throat and balances taste
Usage & Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 tablets twice or thrice daily with honey, warm water, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
Children: ½ to 1 tablet, depending on age and condition, as prescribed by a doctor.
