• Diabetes: Take 2-3 teaspoon of Karela Powder. Add the same quantity of water and drink before taking food once a day continue for atleast 1-2 months to get rid of the symptoms of diabetes.
• Face: Take natural and herbal Karela powder and add some water in it and make thick paste using a brush apply this paste on your face and neck. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off using cold water repeat every day for the best result.
