How to Use Anu Tail Nasal Drops (Nasya Therapy):
Dosage: 2–3 drops in each nostril daily (preferably in the morning).
How to Apply:

Lie down with your head tilted slightly backward.

Put 2–3 drops in each nostril.

Inhale deeply and stay in the position for a few minutes.

Wipe any excess oil gently.
