This kadha should be taken from the eleventh day after delivery.
Indications
Helps to relieve complications that occur after delivery like constipation, body ache, backache etc. Give all types of nutrition to infants through mother’s milk.

Dosage
2 to 4 teaspoonful after meals twice a day with equal quantity of
water or as advised by the physician.
