Baidyanath Mahayograj Guggulu is a classical Ayurvedic herbal- mineral formulation that has been used for the management of Chronic vat diseases. Fortified with Swarna bhasma, hence more potent for joint pain. Mahayograj Guggulu is indicated in chronic vat diseases, gout, pain in ligaments etc. To be taken under medical supervision.

Importance of Swarna Bhasma (Gold): Boost immunity. Gold Salts often arrest the progression of the disease in involved joints, at least temporarily. Prevent involvement of unaffected joints, improves grip strength and decreases the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)

Dosage
1 tablet twice a day with honey or as advised by the physician.
