Triphala, meaning “three fruits,” combines Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki into a balancing formula that supports regular elimination, gentle detoxification, and rejuvenation. This Ras harmonizes all three doshas, particularly Vata, promotes digestive clarity, and nurtures cellular regeneration. A daily sip offers both cleansing and a grounding sense of lightness.

Dosage:
15–30 ml at bedtime, preferably with warm water.
