Properties:
Shwasahara (Relieves respiratory discomfort & breathlessness)

Kaphanashaka (Reduces excessive mucus accumulation)

Antitussive & Expectorant (Relieves cough & throat irritation)

Cough (Wet & Dry Cough)

Shortness of breath (Dyspnea)

Throat infections & soreness

Bronchial congestion & mucus buildup

Respiratory allergies & seasonal flu

Dosage & Anupan (Vehicle):
Adults: 10–15 ml, twice or thrice daily

Children: 5–10 ml, twice daily

Anupan:

Warm water

Honey (for added soothing effect)

Precautions:
Avoid cold, oily, and heavy foods for better relief

Consult a physician if symptoms persist for a prolonged period

Safe for all ages but should be used under medical supervision for children & elderly
